At first, Lucky Clucks was a case of oh here we go again, another wacky release from Crazy Tooth. To be sure, the game is indeed wacky, and like just about everything Crazy Tooth does, Lucky Clucks will be an acquired taste. There are few studios out there that compare to these guys, with the exception of, say, Russian crewIgrosoft, who also stick out like a sore thumb in an entertainment industry tripping over itself to be bigger, brighter, and more innovative. Some may admire the way Crazy Tooth does its thing, following no fad or trend, seemingly oblivious to everything else going on in the iGaming sphere. Anyway, Lucky Clucks did grow on us, slightly, after playing it for a while. It's hardly what you'd call a great game, but players who like a bit of anachronistic quirk might be intrigued. The features aren't bad; the base game occasionally awards something from the BIG BuildUp to keep things bobbing along.
