Agnes Mission Wild Lab

Any number of movie influences might have gone into Agnes Mission Wild Lab, subconsciously or not. It has hints of Predator, Alien, and the Amazon show The Expanse, amongst others. It's a more advanced world than the one we live in, but not so advanced as to think the events taking place couldn't happen to us one day. There's a sense of inevitability about it, really. While some, if not most, people would baulk at the idea of tinkering with a species that has the potential to wipe us out, others may be so hell-bent on progress for the sake of progress or so paranoid they are willing to do anything. This includes messing around with a specimen called… Agnes. Great name, by the way. Adding a humorous element like that took the edge off and helped us enjoy the absorbing game world. Once we clocked what Agnes Mission mode was all about, disappointment did creep in. Agnes Mission Wild Lab is screaming out for a monstrous bonus round to kick the game into overdrive. Keeping it this way kind of limits Agnes Mission Wild Lab to being a less ambitious money symbol collect game, and there are loads of those out there already. For good reason, sure, but with so much creativity jammed into Agnes Mission Wild Lab's theme and presentation, adding something extra, something really wild, could have pushed the game into a higher orbit. Hopefully, this comes across as being constructive rather than negative because Agnes Mission Wild Lab was a fun game to review, though it did get drearily repetitive being stuck in Agnes Mission mode when Embryos weren't landing. Foxium is a creative bunch, and when they let loose, they turn out unique experiences likeCossacks The Wild Hunt. Agnes Mission Wild Lab is there, thematically, and it can generate wins as high as10,000x the bet. But numbers are only one part of the puzzle, and it feels like Foxium missed an opportunity to let its gameplay creativity soar as high as its wandering thematic musings.
